Well...actually lots of them! And all were substantial! But to classify them and pick one as the most important, I guess it was Tolerance... I found out on my last birthday that Tolerance is the most valuable lesson of the life; I don't know...It may change years later!
This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they're a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
That the best things in life are free and guided by love and respect and nothing else. If you are capable of loving others, you are a rich person, and if you receive the same love, you are even richer.
That we always find what we are looking for. If we look for misery, we will find it, and if we look for love and understanding, we will find it. This is how we are all in charge of our own destiny.
مهمترین درسی که من تا بحال از زندگی گرفته ام این بود که این نفسی که میره تو ممکنه دیگه برنگرده بیرون برای همین باید مطمئن باشم که از لحظه لحظه عمرم اون استفاده ای رو که خواسته ام کردم و موقعی که اون نفس آخر دیگه بالا نیومد چیزی نمونده باشه که من حسرتش رو بخورم یا برای رسیدن بهش حتی تقاضای دو ساعت عمر بیشتر رو بکنم!
